He personally stayed on top of the claim, even coming to the house the very next day to ensure that things were going smoothly. When we learned that the damage was greater than we originally thought, he guided us in the right direction, introduced others who could help us. The people he introduced us too were top-notch as well. Dave worked with us to make sure we understood the policy and the claims process. He genuinely cared that that we received all the benefits we were entitled to. And, to top it all off, our account manager (Jennifer) helped us save over $500 when we moved our policies to Drescher Insurance. The switch was painless and seamless, too.
