I had lunch with Gene Frost, Managing Director, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance in Hamden, CT on Tuesday at The Watch Factory Restaurant in Cheshire. 

Gene and I were meeting to discuss some cross sales ideas and to review a large homeowners insurance claim he experienced during this past winter.  Gene had some good input and ideas on Long Term Care Insurance and how to demonstrate the financial impact of a Long Term Care event on an individual or families finances.  The personal financial analysis is powerful and will help people to decide whether or not to purchase Long Term Care Insurance. 

Before my delicious lunch of Chicken Vinaigrette was over, Gene handed me a testimonial letter regarding his homeowners insurance claim through Chubb Insurance.  Gene referenced the personal insurance review I did for him last year that resulted in me recommending more coverage and placing his homeowners policy through Chubb Insurance. Gene wrote "I sincerely appreciate your advice and recommendations" after complimenting the claim settlement and support he received from Drescher Insurance Agency and Chubb Insurance.

I have received many compliments from our customers for our teams hard work and support during the most difficult winter I have ever experienced as a property and casualty insurance agent in Connecticut.  We work hard to satisfy our customers.  I shared Gene's letter with our office staff and will be posting on our website soon.  Thank you to Gene for recognizing our hard work.
